Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final artwork before production.
We are not liable for errors approved by the client prior to production.
Delivery timelines depend on project scope and order volume.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be communicated before production begins.
Full or partial upfront payment may be required depending on project size.
Orders will not be processed until agreed payment is received.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders already in production cannot be cancelled.
Custom-made products are non-refundable unless production errors occur on our part.
Refund decisions are at management discretion.
6. Training & Apprenticeship Program
Admission into the training program is subject to selection criteria.
Free training slots are offered annually based on nomination and evaluation.
Trainees are expected to maintain discipline and commitment throughout the program.
The company reserves the right to discontinue training for misconduct.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, and materials produced remain the property of the client after full payment, except where otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested.
